B & CAPITAL BECOMES A SHAREHOLDER OF MIIDEX LIGHTHING
B & Capital is pleased to announce it has become a shareholder of Miidex Lighting – a company doing business as Vision-El – alongside Sébastien Bonneville, an entrepreneur in the lighting sector and former top executive at Aurora Lighting. Sebastien becomes the new CEO, taking over from the two founders Pierre Lassalas and Laurent Laurier. This management handover will open up a further phase of development. Bpifrance is also a new shareholder of Miidex Lighting. Miidex Lighting is the 7th investment of RB Capital France 1, the fund managed by B & Capital.
