In 2019, the firm raised its first fund — RB Capital France 1 — securing over €217m in commitments.
Building on this momentum, B & Capital raised RB Capital France 2, closed in 2025. Strong LP confidence has allowed the firm to reach €315m.
As an independent management company, B & Capital has been authorised by the AMF since 10 April 2017 under licence number GP 17‑000007.
