Following the strategic acquisition of Special‑Ind in March 2021, Steliau Technology continues to advance its European expansion strategy in the value‑added distribution of electronic solutions with the acquisition of the Spanish company Media Microcomputer.
As a result of this proprietary transaction, the Group is expected to generate €8 million in revenue in the Spanish market for the current financial year and is targeting €10 million in 2023. The objective is to become one of the top three independent distributors in Spain by 2025.
