Be-Cloud Group is accelerating its international growth with the acquisition of Belgian company Smartworx (D&D Computers BV). This strategic move supports our ambition to expand across Europe, enhance our service offering, and reach critical scale to join the Top 50 Microsoft partners worldwide.
About Smartworx
Founded in 1989 and based in Temse, Belgium, Smartworx specializes in distributing ICT solutions, including Microsoft (Office 365, Azure), BitDefender, and SkyHi, through an indirect reseller network.

- Team: 17 employees
- 65% of revenue from Microsoft solutions
Key objectives of this acquisition
- Achieve consolidated revenue of €90 million by 2026, with nearly 25% generated internationally
- Accelerate international expansion (Belgium, Spain, Italy, Portugal)
